How to delete your account

You can delete the account right in the app — on your phone, computer or in the browser:

• Phone (Android): Overview → Settings → “Delete account”.
• Computer and browser: Settings → “Delete account”, or open lock-in-plan.ru/app/settings.

We send a code to the account email. Once you enter it, the account is deleted at once.

No access to the app

Email lock-in@lock-in-plan.ru from the address of your account with the subject “Account deletion”. We delete it within 3 business days and reply by email.

What is deleted

• the account: email, username, password, avatar;
• all tasks, projects, sections, tags and notes;
• the saved card, subscription auto-renewal and payment history in Lock In;
• membership in shared projects, invites, partner balance;
• sessions on all devices and notification subscriptions.

Deletion cannot be undone.

What is kept

Payment receipts are kept by the payment service YooKassa and the tax service “Мой налог”, as required by Russian law (54-FZ). Data leaves server backups as they rotate, no later than 35 days after deletion. See the privacy policy.
